The Center has been operating in the Qatari market for nearly 15 years, providing recruitment services in accordance with the laws, regulations, and applicable requirements of the State of Qatar.

The Center holds Professional Practice License No. (360) and is committed to providing professional and reliable recruitment services while carefully selecting suitable workers based on clients’ requirements and the needs of the labor market.

2. Website Use

The website may only be used for lawful purposes and for accessing or benefiting from the services provided by the Center.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when completing forms or submitting requests.
• Not use the website in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Recruitment Services

The Center provides recruitment services for workers from outside the State of Qatar based on the client’s requirements and the available options in terms of nationality, profession, experience, and other relevant criteria.

Recruitment requests are subject to:

• Availability of the requested worker.
• Submission and completion of the required documents by the client.
• Completion of the relevant official procedures and approvals.
• The laws and regulations applicable in the State of Qatar and the countries from which workers are recruited.

Submitting a request through the website does not constitute final confirmation of the recruitment process. All requests remain subject to review and confirmation by the Center.

4. Worker Information and CVs

The Center makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate information about available workers, including professional details, experience, and qualifications, based on the information and documents available to the Center.

The availability of a worker or certain information may change before the recruitment process is completed. Accordingly, the final information shall be confirmed during the official recruitment procedures.

Photos, personal information, and CVs of workers displayed on the website are provided solely for identification and selection purposes. They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, commercially used, or shared with third parties without the prior approval of the Center.

5. Prices and Fees

Recruitment fees vary depending on the worker’s nationality, profession, type of service, and any requirements or costs associated with the recruitment process.

The total recruitment fee will be clearly communicated to the client before the recruitment agreement is finalized. Payments shall be made according to the payment schedule approved by the Center as follows:

• 50% of the total recruitment fee shall be paid upon selecting and approving the worker’s CV and confirming the commencement of the recruitment process.
• The remaining 50% of the total recruitment fee shall be paid immediately upon the worker’s arrival in the State of Qatar.

The recruitment fee does not include any additional fees or costs unless such fees or costs have been clearly communicated to and agreed upon by the client in accordance with the applicable agreement or official documents.

Prices may be subject to change due to changes in recruitment costs, government fees, or relevant regulatory requirements. Any applicable change shall be communicated to the client before the recruitment agreement is finalized.

6. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Payments, cancellations, and refunds shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out in the recruitment agreement signed with the client and to the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

No cancellation or refund request shall be considered except in accordance with the procedures and conditions specified in the agreement and applicable regulations.

In all cases, the recruitment agreement signed with the client shall govern the financial rights and obligations of the parties, to the extent that its provisions do not conflict with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information, data, and documents provided to the Center.

If inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information is provided, the Center reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or cancelling the recruitment request, in accordance with the applicable agreement, laws, and regulations.

The client is also responsible for providing the required documents and information within the specified time and cooperating with the Center to complete the necessary recruitment procedures.

8. Center’s Liability

The Center makes every reasonable effort to provide professional and reliable recruitment services. However, certain stages of the recruitment process depend on government authorities and third parties and may be affected by approvals, requirements, or procedures imposed by such parties.

The Center shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government procedures, requirements imposed by countries from which workers are recruited, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the Center’s control.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the website, including the trade name, logo, texts, images, designs, and other content, are owned by the Center or used under lawful authorization.

No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written approval of the Center.
